Poultry- Agricultural Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
Execute poultry sales efforts in the assigned territory through field visits, on-site demonstrations, and one-on-one customer interactions. Maintain and update customer contact information while managing pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale processes. Participate in developing operating and sales goals for the territory and implement procedures to enhance operations. This remote role requires extensive travel (75%-80%) within Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas, with a base salary of $70k plus commissions. Candidates must possess five plus years of live poultry production experience and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Animal Science.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years live poultry production experience
- Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Animal Science
- Self-starter and can demonstrate the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in the use of computer software applications for sales management
- Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to deliver presentations in both small group and large group environments
- Ability to write reports, recommendations, proposals and other documents for executive business management
- Availability to travel extensively (75%-80% of the time)
- Possess and maintain driver's license
- Must live within the established territory- (OK, MO, and AR)
