Pouch Operator - Evening Shift (Full Time)

Set up and operate pouch making machines that convert laminated films into pouches meeting customer quality specifications. Perform changeovers, minor maintenance such as changing zipper cloth and dies, and execute preventive maintenance on equipment. Conduct quality control checks including burst, drop, and water table tests while measuring workpiece dimensions and detecting defects. Maintain production reports, ensure personal compliance with safety policies, and keep the work area clean. Assist with stacking, marking, and transporting finished boxes. This role requires shift flexibility and the ability to work around moving mechanical parts while lifting up to 50lbs.
