Pouch Operator 1

Operate the pouching machine to produce pouches to customer specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards. Provide on-the-job training to team members, follow SPOT Safety Program fundamentals, adhere to SOPs, read job jackets and pouch specifications, perform machine set-ups/changeovers, conduct QA tests and document results, manage barcode scanning for raw materials and finished goods, complete required paperwork (Shop Floor Reports, production data, downtime, waste), perform routine maintenance (oil/grease) and basic troubleshooting, and participate in meetings and safety initiatives. The role requires standing for extended periods on a third shift and maintaining compliance with quality and inventory controls.
