Job Summary
Conduct pouch production assistance by changing rolls, cutting splices, and maintaining quality control check sheets during operation. Stage secondary packaging, clean equipment for next runs, and remove trash or trim as required. Assist the Pouch Operator with machine setup, report defects or safety issues, and follow SOPs and material handling procedures. Observe safety and SQF regulations while working around moving mechanical parts. Recommend workflow improvements and support operations including press, slitting, and lamination as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible in work schedule & shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
