Ensure inventory accuracy through receiving, storing, and disbursing, and cycle counts. Works closely with the site mgr, buyers, and technical staff to maintain part correctness. Communicate with customers to deliver material needed in a timely manner. Performs daily Scans and replenishment of material. Stores material in an optimal location, considers size and safety. Disburses material requested by the customer and delivers to the plant floor. Performs daily cycle counts and analyzes inventory discrepancies. Works with buyers and vendors to resolve inbound material discrepancies. Returns unused material from the customer back into the system and storage. Work closely with the customer and buyers to process and ship out repair and warranty material. Process and ship material transfers to other GM or Ideal Setech sites. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
