Potty training Teacher

Guide and support children through the potty-training process using positive reinforcement while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Follow each child's individualized potty-training plan, assist with diaper changes, toileting, handwashing, and hygiene routines, and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities, supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, and complete daily reports to communicate progress with families. Adhere to all Texas Child Care Licensing standards and center policies. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
