Job Summary
Conduct Title I tutoring for Grades 7-8 in Mathematics, English Language Arts, and STEM at Girard Junior High School. Deliver instruction aligned with research-based instructional strategies while collaborating within a team environment. Perform any additional duties as assigned by building or district administration. Maintain successful BCI and FBI background checks and drug test results. Submit a letter of interest, resume, and three references to jobs@girardcityschools.org by August 12, 2026, with "Junior High Title I Tutor" in the subject line.
Required Qualifications
- valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in appropriate grade level(s)
- highly qualified status
- ability to work in a team environment
- successful BCI & FBI background checks
- successful drug test results
- willingness and ability to carry out the duties of the job description
- willingness and ability to perform any additional duties as assigned by building/district administration
