Job Summary

As the Quick Service Sous Chef, you will lead the Quick Service Back of House by assigning work, enforcing food quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include cooking and managing menu items for optimal guest satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, conducting training, and controlling food production while maintaining a safe work environment. You'll coordinate inventory, assist with menu development, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Advanced cooking skills and previous supervisory experience are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional kitchen or a high volume setting
  • Advanced cooking skills
  • Office skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days.

Additional Requirements

  • Team members must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties.
