Postpartum (RN) (FT) (Nights)

Postpartum RN role supporting direct patient care in the postpartum unit with responsibilities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within guidelines. Collaborates with interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans, educates patients and families on post-treatment home care and medications, promotes patient safety and quality/regulatory compliance, and participates in professional development. Utilizes nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and supports communication across the continuum of care. Employed in a safety-sensitive, full-time night shift with a 3rd weekend rotation; includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
