Job Summary
Posting Reconciliation Specialist focused on ensuring the patient account is billed, reimbursed, posted, and funds allocated to bring balances to zero. Responsibilities emphasize communication with internal teams, insurance payers, and patients; meticulous posting of insurance/patient payments; problem-solving to resolve account issues; and strong organizational skills to manage caseloads. Requires 3-5 years in cash posting/reconciliation, advanced Excel, NexGen experience a plus, and ability to work 5 days/week in Levittown office. Hybrid work arrangement with explicit Levittown, PA office participation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in cash posting and/or reconciliation of patient accounts
- Proficient in Google, Google Docs, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with NexGen a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Meet deadlines and KPI metric expectations
- Experience in navigating clearinghouses and insurance portals
- Proficiency with medical record technology required
- Able to work a 5 days per week in our Levittown office
