Two-year rotational Postgraduate Analytical Sciences program in QC/analytical labs within Lilly, involving exposure to API and biopharmaceutical commercialization, routine analytical testing, validation and qualification of methods and technologies, cGMP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and development of analytical leadership for manufacturing and regulatory contexts. The role emphasizes identifying and implementing new equipment, contributing to audits, and supporting technical agendas across pipeline and commercial analytical activities. Requires MSc Analytical Sciences or PhD/Post Doctorate in Analytical Science with hands-on experience in analytical chemistry/biochemistry/microbiology techniques; candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- MSc Analytical Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology) or PhD/Post Doctorate Level in Analytical Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology)
- Technical expertise in analytical chemistry/biochemistry/microbiological techniques, such as separation sciences, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry techniques, immunoassays, bioburden techniques
- Strong laboratory techniques
- Motivated to work independently to produce high quality work in an efficient manner
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate effectively
