Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a postdoctoral research scholar for the NIH-funded CRITmetic Project, focusing on the design and development of a digital literacy and mental health intervention targeting Black and/or Latine adolescents. Responsibilities include research design, data collection, analysis, manuscript writing, and project management tasks. The candidate will also manage a portion of their own research projects and receive mentorship as a principal investigator. A completed PhD and a solid publication record are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in developmental, clinical or educational psychology, human development, education, African American Studies, computer science or related field
- Solid publication record for a recent doctorate holder
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with liberatory design in educational contexts
- Familiarity with digital literacy and mental health interventions
- Skills in project management and collaboration
- Experience in curriculum design and data analysis
- Strong communication skills for research presentations
