Postdoctoral Scholar Research Associate

Plan, design, and conduct highly technical and complex research projects independently, focusing on alveolar epithelial cell differentiation and plasticity in the context of lung injury and fibrosis. Execute cellular and molecular experiments for hypothesis-driven research, analyze and interpret data, and present findings at lab meetings, scientific conferences, and in peer-reviewed publications under the Principal Investigator's direction. Contribute to grant applications, progress reports, and manuscripts while teaching techniques to lab members and serving as a liaison between the lab and collaborators. Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with institutional and laboratory safety policies.
