Job Summary
Develop translational models for glioma immunobiology using human pluripotent stem cell platforms within the Tabar Laboratory. Conduct research on CNS cancers with a focus on macrophage biology and molecular systems, leveraging experience in single cell RNA and ATAC sequencing. Collaborate closely with the Glioma Immunology subgroup, which includes undergraduate and graduate trainees, as a core member of the Center for Stem Cell Biology and the Brain Tumor Center at SKI. Required Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD
- experience in molecular biology
- experience in pluripotent stem cell systems
- Experience with single cell RNA/ATAC/Multiome sequencing
- Two or more scientific publications
- significant involvement
