Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow

Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow at Lorenz Clinic of Family Psychology (Minneapolis, MN) — one-year, full-time, salaried fellowship within a training-institution setting. Responsibilities include carrying a direct clinical caseload (individuals, couples, families, or groups) defined collaboratively by background and program needs; supervising a practicum student; co-facilitating monthly seminars under the guidance of the Associate Training Director; holding a consultation group; participating in a didactic seminar series including Grand Rounds and case consultation; and accumulating board-approved continuing education hours. The fellowship provides structured supervision hours (two per week: one hour with a board-certified Couple and Family Psychologist and one hour with the Training Director) and supports pursuit toward CFP/ABPP credentials. The position emphasizes relational, systemic, here-and-now clinical work, with a strong training culture and opportunities for professional development, including ABPP-ready documentation and supervision experiences to advance toward licensure and board certification. Location is Southwest Minneapolis metro with a primary in-person worksite and hybrid flexibility depending on program needs.
