Job Summary
Conduct independent research on cognitive and neuronal dysfunctions associated with traumatic brain injury using neuroimaging techniques including fMRI, MRS, and simultaneous real-time fMRI-EEG. Analyze and interpret preclinical and clinical data, select appropriate statistical tests, and perform scientific manuscript writing. Develop novel research methods, write proposals for research funding, and present findings to internal teams and outside collaborators. Full benefits are available to eligible post-doctoral fellows. Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.D. in a directly related field
- proven record of peer-reviewed publications
- demonstrated first-authorship success in applicable research areas
- demonstrated effectiveness and experience working as part of a large research team
- success performing independent research projects of varying scope
- superior professional-level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgment
