Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by consulting clients on shipping services and available solutions. Receive, process, sort, scan, and hand over shipments while checking parcels for packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensions. Create and process waybills and shipment documentation in internal systems, entering and updating shipment information to maintain accurate records. This role requires German language proficiency at B1 level or higher and fluency in Ukrainian.
