Dean, Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University leads MBSoB with a visionary, entrepreneurial approach, combining strategic thinking with strong operational execution to deliver enriched, personalized learning experiences for students. The Dean reports to the CAO, collaborates across Academic Affairs and University operations, and may be onsite in Waterbury, CT or remote, with structured in-person presence during the initial transition. Responsibilities include establishing the school’s mission and identity, overseeing curriculum development and academic policies, ensuring accreditation compliance, driving student success metrics, managing budgets and personnel, and building partnerships with local and international institutions to advance online and main-campus programs. The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree, at least five years of higher education leadership experience, significant online experience, and a track record of data-informed decision making and inclusive leadership.
