Post Surgical RN

Conduct post-surgical care for patients recovering from spinal surgery, trauma overflow, and inpatient medicine on the Acute Care Adult Medical Unit & Surgical Overflow. Manage patient needs including traction, various drains, and wound care while collaborating with LPNs, PCNAs, nurse interns, and providers across 34 beds. Perform time management and critical thinking tasks, delegating appropriately within the unit. Work rotating weekends and holidays in a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule with shifts from 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
