Post Silicon Engineer (eInfochips)

Senior Validation Engineer on our Machine Learning Acceleration team responsible for validation from early design validation through emulation, silicon bring-up, post-silicon validation, and ongoing support of production systems in AWS data centers. Collaborates with architecture, RTL design, design verification, firmware, and software to ensure AI/ML accelerators meet quality and performance standards. Develops validation strategies, leads new methodologies to improve coverage and time-to-root-cause, mentors junior engineers, executes complex tests from RTL simulation to physical silicon validation, and builds test infrastructure, CI/CD, and automated regression frameworks for scalable validation. Validates ML accelerator performance, accuracy, and reliability with real-world neural network workloads; drives root-cause analysis across teams; prepares production tests for fleet health in AWS data centers and manufacturing.
