Job Summary
Operate amusement rides and attractions by assisting guests, checking safety systems, and enforcing park policies. Prepare and serve food at concession stands while maintaining sanitation standards and handling cash transactions. Work evening shifts lasting six hours or more between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, with closing times varying by location. Complete a minimum of 10 shifts and 60 hours between August 17 and November 8, 2026, to earn 2026 or 2027 Season Passports. Sign up for shifts on a first-come, first-serve basis with the scheduling manager.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand, walk, crouch, crawl, kneel, or stoop.
- Able to stand and/or walk at a specified pace for up to eight (8) hours.
- Able to perform work duties outdoors in varying weather prevalent at the time.
- Able to read and understand daily checklists.
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Able to speak to and give other employees and guests verbal instructions.
- Able to work around high noise levels resulting from amusement rides and various equipment.
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours.
- Food Division Employees are required to obtain a valid Davis County Food Handler's Permit
- Able to complete basic math and to accept, handle, and make change with U.S. currency.
- Able to perform work duties outdoors in varying weather conditions prevalent at the time.
