Job Summary
Post Sale HUD/VA Conveyance Specialist in-office role at MTG, focusing on default operations and post foreclosure HUD/VA conveyance matters. Responsibilities include recognizing foreclosure processes (Non-Judicial, Judicial, Quasi-Judicial), preparing deeds and Final Title Packages per FHA/VA regulations, proofreading work, managing multiple client workloads, and utilizing MS Office, Black Knight, Tempo, and courthouse records. Preferred: multi-state FHA/VA or Final Title Conveyance experience, notary (preferred), and strong client communication skills. Must pass background check and provide two professional references.
