Job Summary
Produce advertising projects for the Los Angeles ADS team, establish timelines, and manage VFX/post-production schedules while ensuring proper budget oversight. Lead crew planning by sketching bookings, assigning key talent, and organizing kick-off meetings with HODs. Collaborate on the bidding process for advertising opportunities, quote on potential VFX work, and communicate regularly with clients to maintain positive relationships. Anticipate time and budget issues, adjust quotes based on client requests, and ensure Shotgrid is up to date. Oversee project progress, track timelogs, and facilitate post-mortem meetings to identify improvements. Support business development initiatives and maintain a positive team climate. Requires 7+ years in post-production advertising, VFX knowledge, and Shotgrid proficiency. Occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, in post-production in the advertising sector
- Relevant experience in visual effects and knowledge of the VFX process
- Must be available for occasional travel
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Shotgrid project management software
- Knowledge of GSuite and Monday
