Job Summary
Post Production Producer (360° VR) responsible for end-to-end 360° VR post-production—from stitching to final delivery—owning the pipeline, coordinating 3D spatial audio, color grading, compositing, and on-set support. Lead efforts to develop a scalable post-production machine, ensure quality and delivery specs, and collaborate with the Senior Postproduction Manager and content/tech teams. Roles include on-set accompaniment, managing proxy workflows and large file pipelines, and delivering immersive experiences across live sports, music events, and brand productions. Proficiency with Mistika VR, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects; strong understanding of 3D spatial audio workflows; project-status transparency using Planner/Notion/Confluence; English and German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies or training in media production, film, audio engineering, media management or a comparable field
- Experience with Mistika VR, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects
- Solid understanding of 3D spatial audio workflows (Ambisonics, Dolby Atmos, binaural rendering)
- Experience with proxy workflows and large file pipelines (RAW, ProRes, 8K+)
- Familiarity with PM tools such as Microsoft Planner, Notion or Confluence
- Fluent in English and German
