Job Summary
Inspect, ship, receive, and repair graphic materials while maintaining an accurate inventory in Access Track. Collaborate with the Amgen team and assigned account managers to ensure graphics are pulled and shipped correctly, and display new items for design quality control. Follow up on unreturned displays after 14 days, inspect incoming exhibit cases for damage, and prepare repair reports within 10 business days. Affix accurate labels to cases, adhere to all deadlines, and communicate proactive timeline deviations to project managers. Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist other team members within the Amgen production environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma
- Previous experience in inventory management
- Prior experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and receiving
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
Desired Qualifications
- General knowledge of graphics layout and design
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the tradeshow industry
