Job Summary

Manage day-to-day post-production for scripted drama and unscripted series from ingest to delivery, owning project schedules, resource allocation, and external vendor coordination. Provide frontline creative feedback to editors and maintain the feedback loop with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely implementation. Track project-level budgets, manage purchase orders, and flag cost overages before they occur. Build and maintain the department's operational backbone, including workflow standards, naming conventions, and project management systems. Work directly with the Director of Post to keep the slate running smoothly across multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven project management skills
  • Multi-project experience
  • Deep understanding of the post-production process
  • Hands-on vendor coordination
  • Comfort owning a project-level budget
  • Strong communicator

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience producing post across both scripted and unscripted formats
  • Familiarity with social-first content (TikTok, YouTube, IG) as well as traditional broadcast/streaming
  • Experience negotiating with vendors, evaluating and hiring post-production talent, and managing creatives
  • Comfortable building and refining processes, not just following them
  • A hands-on post-production background, with the ability to jump in and fill resource gaps when needed
