Post-Placement Success Coach

Provide individualized support for individuals after they are placed in employment by working closely with Employment Coaches and employers to promote sustainable employment outcomes. Ensure strong communication skills and an understanding of contractual environments are applied daily to guide clients through the post-placement phase. Maintain a current driver's license for field visits and coordinate with stakeholders to track progress.
