Lead and support a team delivering post-placement services under the Workforce Australia contract to achieve high-quality outcomes, maintain compliance and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. The role combines leadership with hands-on operational support to maximise employment outcomes, manage contract milestones and payments, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and employers while developing staff and ensuring services are tailored to individual customer needs.
