Post Placement Manager

Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality post-placement services under the Workforce Australia contract, driving performance across contractual milestones such as progress and outcome payments while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. The role combines leadership with hands-on operational support, guiding and mentoring the team, building relationships with internal stakeholders and employers, and collaborating with site teams to optimise employment outcomes. Strong understanding of performance frameworks and post-placement support to tailor services to individual customer needs while balancing performance targets and service delivery expectations. Key attributes include contract-related financial processing knowledge, time management, attention to detail, effective communication, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
