Job Summary
Post Partum RN needed for a full-time Night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in the St. Louis area. Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on post-treatment home care and medications, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans. Role is safety-sensitive; sign-on bonus of $7,500 available. Preferred educational path includes Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in addition to required Nursing Diploma/Associate's. Includes Magnet-designated hospital with opportunities for professional growth through the BJC RN Career Ladder and ongoing development and advancement. Rotations include every 3rd weekend.
