Post Order Project Manager, Customer Experience (fixed-term)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end MV switchgear project deliveries across Finland and the Baltics, ensuring timelines, cost, and quality targets are met. Act as the primary customer interface during delivery, including handling complex and challenging situations. Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance on optimal technical solutions. Coordinate closely with Eaton factories (e.g., Hengelo and Ankara) and internal stakeholders to ensure execution and delivery. Own order management in SAP/ERP, including order accuracy, follow-up, and reporting. Lead project activities such as FAT, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and documentation. Monitor project performance, resolve technical issues and claims, and drive continuous improvement in line with Eaton processes and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in order management, project management, or a similar role
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/order management systems
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken) – Finnish is mandatory
