Job Summary
Lead a post office branch within a retail store, manage a team of Counter Assistants, ensure exceptional customer experience, uphold compliance and security standards, manage financial accountability including daily reconciliations and audits, implement Trading Plan actions with scorecard data, and drive KPI performance and service quality while delivering community-focused postal services in Fort William. Responsibilities include team leadership, training and coaching, regulatory compliance, cash handling, branch audits, and fostering an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a customer-facing retail, financial, or postal environment
