Post-Master's Fellowship — Pre-Licensed Therapist | LMFT / LPCC / LICSW Track
$51,000–$90,000 year
On-sitePrior Lake, Minnesota, United States
Job Summary
Conduct outpatient and group psychotherapy for 12–18 active clients under direct supervision while developing clinical judgment across relational, systemic, and developmental frameworks. Engage in structured supervision with doctorally prepared psychologists and licensed supervisors, plus monthly seminars, grand rounds, and case consultations to refine formulation-based case conceptualization. Participate in a two-year cohort model designed to build second-order theories of change, focusing on therapeutic ruptures, internal experience, and holding clients through regression. Submit a cover letter detailing training goals and prior clinical narrative; applications without one are not considered. This rigorous, competency-based program prepares pre-licensed clinicians for advanced clinical leadership or private practice.

- Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or closely related field from a regionally accredited program

- Declared licensure track (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC in Minnesota)
- Social work track applicants must hold a current, non-provisional LGSW before start date
- A cover letter
Desired Qualifications
- A track record of sequential, scaffolded clinical learning aimed at a career as a psychotherapist
- Curiosity about what they do not yet know
- Openness to feedback that requires growth
- Orientation toward the profession as a vocation rather than a credential
