Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychotherapy, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions, for 12–18 active clients under direct supervision while developing clinical judgment. Participate in monthly seminars, weekly didactics, grand rounds, and case consultations to advance through seven developmental domains focused on relational theory and case formulation. Engage in structured supervision with doctorally prepared psychologists and licensed supervisors to address ruptures and deepen internal experience. Submit a cover letter detailing training goals and a narrative of prior psychotherapy experience before applying. This two-year cohort program prepares clinicians for licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or closely related field from a regionally accredited program
- Successful completion of a clinically focused master's-level practicum or internship where individual psychotherapy — including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic work — was the primary activity
- Declared licensure track (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC in Minnesota)
- Social work track applicants must hold a current, non-provisional LGSW before start date
- A cover letter
