Post Lung Transplant Coordinator

Coordinate lung transplant recipients by monitoring clinical status, identifying early signs of rejection or infection, and reviewing lab results. Manage general hepatology patients, transplant candidates, and living donors from referral through transplantation and beyond while working within a multidisciplinary team. Requires RN licensure in Georgia, two years of nursing experience, and preferred certification in clinical transplant coordination. Based at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.
