Job Summary
Post-Harvest Technician needed to support cannabis production in a structured, deadline-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include processing cannabis per GMP and TGA regulations, operating equipment (mechanical trimmers, buckers, induction sealers, labellers) with full training provided, and completing post-harvest steps (drying, curing, trimming, packaging, labelling, and preparing products for sale or transfer). Maintains SOPs/WIs, ensures hygiene and sanitary standards, and works as part of a team to deliver consistent high-quality output. Requires reliability, proactive task completion, comfort with manual physical tasks, ability to work occasional weekends/overtime, and basic Microsoft Office/inventory system familiarity. Willingness to undergo National Police Check and medical assessment. Weekly pay and staff perks are listed as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in agriculture, production or manufacturing industries
- Ability to complete National Police Check
- Ability to complete a medical assessment
