Job Summary
Post Harvest Technician I at Trulieve supports the cultivation department by ensuring incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through visual and measurement testing. Responsibilities include operating processing equipment, participating in intake, drying, curing, and trimming, maintaining a centralized tracking system, approving batches by verification of moisture and other specs, documenting results, calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment, collecting third-party samples, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of products. The role requires flexibility to work across production tasks, collaborating with other departments, and adhering to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Requires 1-3 years of related experience, a High School Diploma, 21+ years of age, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly with occasional evenings/weekends. The position is located in Hancock, Maryland, and pays $17.00 per hour.
