Job Summary
Execute cultivation plans, harvest cannabis plants, and perform dry trimming while operating sorting and trimming machines. Weigh produce, package bulk goods, load racks, and clean equipment. Compile inventory reports, verify shrink and adjustments, and maintain compliance with METRC requirements and state regulations. Ensure all fulfillment activities meet safety standards and participate in regular audits. Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles. Full-time role in Denver, Colorado, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requires active Colorado MED badge and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic math and technology skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
- Ability to work long shifts 10+ hours a day
- Ability to work in all warehouse/weather conditions
