Job Summary
Entry-level Post-Harvest Tech I supports cannabis post-harvest operations, performing production-based tasks such as hanging harvests to dry, bucking, trimming, sorting, and basic data logging. Responsibilities include quality control on the conveyor line, assisting with harvest and drying setup, operating the B4 Bucking machines, helping with burping/takedown to optimize drying, identifying quality defects with supervision, and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
