Job Summary
Operate pile driving equipment independently based on project requirements while performing routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Follow prescribed safety regulations and interpret documents such as operating manuals, procedure guides, and load charts. Lift 50+ pound equipment and conduct repetitive actions like stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching while standing or walking for extended periods. Provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting, including Tier Boards and Production Tracking. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, with exposure to loud noises, dust, and debris. Maintain punctuality and teamwork while embodying the company's core principles of planning, communication, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Equipment certifications as required
- Current driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
- Ability to lift 50+ pound equipment
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions
- This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
- This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
