Job Summary
Operate pile driving equipment based on project requirements while performing routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Follow prescribed safety regulations and precise instructions, interpreting documents such as safety rules and load charts. Lift 50+ pound equipment and conduct repetitive actions like stooping, bending, and pushing. Provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting, including Tier Boards and Production Tracking. Work outdoors in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises and construction hazards. Maintain attendance and punctuality while embodying the One Team Approach through planning and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Equipment certifications as required
- Current driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
- Ability to lift 50+ pound equipment
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, procedure manuals, and load charts
- Ability to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Ability to work outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
Desired Qualifications
