Post Doc Research Fellow-Pathology

Postdoctoral Fellows-Pathology position supporting Endeavor Health’s research portfolio. Directly supervises laboratory personnel, hires and evaluates staff, and designs, sets up, conducts, and analyzes a variety of experiments under the principal investigator. Responsible for organizing and planning laboratory work, reviewing scientific literature, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Participates in study design for genetic epidemiological studies, performs statistical and bioinformatics analyses, and contributes to grant writing and submission of peer‐reviewed manuscripts. Co-authors scientific papers and may be involved in training others to perform advanced experimental techniques; collaborates with professional research personnel on experimental design, instrumentation, and interpretation of results. The role supports ongoing growth through participation in workshops and professional meetings and contributes to a comprehensive research program across Endeavor Health’s network in the Evanston area.
