Job Summary
Provide psychiatric services including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and psychotherapy to adults, children, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy as assigned by supervisor while maintaining a reduced caseload to prioritize learning. Attend weekly supervision with a psychologist, monthly case consultation, and cohort seminars alongside team meetings and didactic training. Conduct at least two formal scholarly presentations during the fellowship. This one-year, full-time, salaried position includes no call and offers a $120,000 stipend with robust benefits, preparing doctorally-prepared trainees for independent practice at Lorenz Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or DNP) degree in nursing from a regionally-accredited academic program
- CNP and PMHNP designations in Minnesota prior to start date
- DEA number and completed payer credentialing at Lorenz prior to start date
- The availability and ability to work full-time in person
