Post Commander

Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of the designated area while managing open schedules and cross-training. Conduct detailed employee evaluations, site inspections, incident reporting, investigations, and action plan creation. Process various reports to monitor operational progress, spot potential problems or negative trends to improve operations and/or customer partnerships. Train and provide support to new employees, assist with field operations regarding client relations and special assignments, and respond to emergencies and incidents promptly according to policy. Maintain client relations for the assigned client and deal professionally in stressful situations with high conflict management and resolution skills.
