Job Summary
Detail-oriented Post-Closing Specialist to ensure loan files are completed with accuracy and compliance, collaborating with title companies and attorneys, logging trailing documents in Salesforce, creating and recording assignments of mortgage, tracking and clearing post-closing exceptions, and uploading information to custodians and secondary market lenders. The role involves coordinating with the Loan Processing team, maintaining documentation, and leveraging AI tools (including Claude) to improve workflows, efficiency, and borrower experience while supporting risk management and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within the mortgage industry, ideally in Post Closing
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
- Prior experience with AI tools is a plus
