Job Summary
Review real estate, commercial, and consumer closed loan files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance; document loan exceptions; perform post-closing reviews on new, renewed, assumed, and modified loans; input documentation exceptions into tracking systems; conduct UCC searches; image and file all documents; maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking policies; apply knowledge of general bank accounting procedures to support operations; meet attendance and dress standards; and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- One year or more with loan documentation
