Post Closing Processor/Escrow Closer

Job Summary
Oversee the closing process of real-estate transactions in accordance with regulations and internal procedures. Duties include reviewing and auditing loan packages for compliance, sending documents to the recording team, obtaining funding, coordinating fund disbursement, following closing instructions from the escrow department, issuing short-form loan policies, and communicating with lenders, real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues. Provide exceptional customer service in a full-time, in-office role (8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday) with potential overtime. Positions available in Sterling Heights or Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of Post Closer, Escrow Officer, Title Closer, or related industry experience required; 3-5+ years preferred
- Experience working with Resware, Qualia, or other industry software is required
- Ability to serve as a role model by maintaining high-quality standards and providing educational assistance/constructive feedback to team members
