Job Summary
The Post-Closing Associate is responsible for preparing, filing, tracking, and following up on Notification of Sale (NOS) filings for Surety Title Company. Key duties include ensuring liens are released post-closing, managing outstanding checks and escrowed funds, running bi-weekly Underwriter Reports, conducting quality control on files, and preparing the Remittance Transmittal Report. Candidates should possess solid computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a high standard of organization and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Title Insurance field preferred
- 1-3 years of Accounting/Reporting Experience preferred
- Various Plant Software
