Job Summary
Process closing packages and ensure Notes and Allonges reach warehouse banks expeditiously while adhering to company policies. Take in US mail and carrier packages, sort and distribute them as needed, and ship documents per office procedures. Ship other documents as requested and may drop off packages at the UPS Store. Accept returned equipment and store items appropriately. This part-time on-site role at company headquarters supports mortgage operations with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated, 'can-do' attitude
- Maturity, work ethic, and focus to get the job done reliably
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
