Job Summary
Coordinate and manage site inspections and construction-document workflows for mortgage-related orders. Review and update construction documents and budgets, assign inspection orders to field inspectors, and track scheduling. Communicate with lenders, contractors, and inspectors to obtain missing documents, provide order-status updates to clients, and expedite fulfillment. Requires experience in US mortgage document review, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Location-based remote work in Bengaluru, India.
